Encryption

When you are logged in to Your Claim Tracker any information that you send or receive is encrypted. That means that the information is changed into a code that can only be read by your computer and our systems.

Logging in to Your Claim Tracker

To log in to Your Claim Tracker you need to provide two pieces of information.

The first is Your Claim Tracker Reference that we provide you with. This Reference cannot be changed.

The second is the password that you choose when registering to use Your Claim Tracker. You can change your password at any time. You should try and choose a secure password containing a mixture of letters and numbers. Avoid using your name, the word password or anything that would be easy for somebody else to guess.

No confidential information can be accessed without logging in.
